WORLD-CLASS VIRTUAL PLATFORM
JAHC is a hybrid event, which means in-person presenters will be live streamed online for virtual attendees. For the online portion of JAHC we will be using vFairs as our virtual conference platform.
vFairs helps organizations around the world plan world-class online events. No more trying to figure out where to go or what to click.
You can access the event with any device that has internet access – a desktop, laptop, tablet, and even your mobile phone without any need of an app. Simply go to the JAHC vFairs website via your browser and you can connect to the live event.

Once an attendee has logged into the event, they are taken to a 3D lobby that functions as a launchpad guiding them to various sections of the event.
AUDITORIUM – Attend all educational presentations
EXHIBIT HALL – Browse through the different exhibitors and have live interaction with booth staff. Click on a booth and then start a video or text chat.
NETWORKING LOUNGE – Where attendees will be able to connect, share information through a group chat or even initiate 1:1 private chats and audio/video conversations.
HELP DESK – vFairs is extremely intuitive but if you find yourself in need of some help you can always visit the help desk.

VIRTUAL TOTE BAG – Collect items from exhibitors and save them for viewing and sharing later
LEADERBOARD GAME – Score points and get a little competitive with friends and fellow attendees on vFairs (more details below)
SCAVENGER HUNT – Join in on the fun! Using clues, find and click on all the objects that are hidden throughout the JAHC conference on vFairs (more details below)
SOCIAL WALL – Contribute to our #JAHC23 social wall! Simply post on Instagram or Facebook and use #JAHC23. We’ll have a page on the official JAHC virtual platform which will gather all of your posts. Keep an eye out – you just might see your post on one of the big screens!
LEADERBOARD GAME
NOTE: Game activity and points are examples from a previous year. Check back closer to JAHC 2024 for updated details specific to this year.
HOW IT WORKS – Participate in predetermined activities virtually throughout the weekend on vFairs to earn points and advance on
the Leaderboard for a chance to win prizes. Earn points until 5:00pm on Sunday. The top 9 winners will be announced later on Sunday in the virtual Lounge. In the case of a tie, a drawing will be held to determine the winner.

SCAVENGER HUNT
HOW IT WORKS –
1. Use the scavenger hunt clues posted in the scavenger document within vFairs to locate the hidden objects.
2. Find and click on all the objects that are hidden throughout the JAHC conference (including the exhibit hall!).
3. If you find all 10 objects located on the horizontal menu bar by 12:00pm ET on Sunday, you will be entered into a drawing to win a prize!
4. The winner will be notified by the end of the month.
